Fairtrade Easter Campaign

Dear Fair Trade Fans

Good Shepherd, ACRATH Victoria and The Trading Circle have put together some
Resources to make it easier for you to join the Fair Trade Easter Chocolate
Campaign this year to promote & sell Fair Trade Easter chocolate in your
community / workplace / school or parish.

RESOURCE LIST

Product list This flier provides information on the range of chocolates that can be
ordered from The Trading Circle in Abbotsford, VIC, It also gives prices.

Posters Use these in your workplace, school or community area to promote the
sale of FAIRTRADE chocolate this Easter.

Order form Please use this order form when placing your chocolate orders with
The Trading Circle in Abbotsford, Victoria.

A media release You might like modify this to include your own details and place
it in your local paper two to three weeks before you are running your
stall or finalising orders. If you are running a stall this could be your
information sheet for others to read.

A newsletter notice This notice can also be changed to include your own details.
This could be used for your school or church newsletter. If you have a
work intranet or email bulletin cut and paste this for your own use.

‘Running A Stall’ If you are running a stall at your school, church or workplace
then we have a few tips on how to make it happen smoothly.

Important Note - Timeline
All orders will need to be in by 12th of March 2010. This will give you enough time to
distribute the chocolates.
